About Us – Business Hotel Astrum Laus****

The Astrum Laus**** business hotel was opened to the general public in October 2010 right in the centre of the town of Levice. It results in a combination of seriousness and luxury with a true playfulness of colours and unusual forms. The modern interior designed in an ingenious way combines metal and glass with natural materials such as wood and stone. Together with light effects, it creates a pleasant and serious business style atmosphere.

Yet in the hotel entrance hall our attention is attracted by a simple combination of natural dark stone with a non-tanned beech lobby bar and reception. The space between them is dominated by two columns of sanded plastic glass crossing two floors and changing their colour from yellow to icy blue. The wide staircase with backlit stairs communicating with the hall will lead you to the first floor. You are welcome by a café with a smoking lounge, and a VIP lounge where you can find everything what a modern manager may need at working meetings.

The hotel restaurant with a capacity of 70 people is connected through sliding walls with two congress halls with a total capacity of 300 places and a glass-wall lounge. The space can be modified for 20-400 people, based on individual requirements of clients, from a family session, business meeting up to a ball or a conference and congress. The same floor hosts also a wellness centre, whose colour simplicity and smooth lines create a pleasant zone of relax. You can enjoy one of four saunas, three jacuzzis, an adventure shower, an icefall, and you can relax in resting zones and tepidaria.

Visitors are attracted by unusual, atypical details like wall linings imitating a green grassy surface, a 22 meters long wooden pole lining hiding 22 colours and representative entrances to the congress halls. On the second, third and fourth floors, there are 50 standard double rooms and 2 rooms for immobile guests. For more demanding guests, there are 8 small suites, 3 large suites and, on the fourth floor, 2 Executive suites a 1 Deluxe suite with glass lounge. Seating furniture in various colour shades were designed for the hotel corridors. Throughout the hotel, you will be accompanied with original digital paintings.

There is a two-floor parking space situated in the hotel underground; it serves for hotel guests as well as for citizens of the town. These areas of the hotel are occupied also by a fitness centre with an area of 212 m2. The Astrum Fitness is equipped with modern fitness machines by CYBEX.
